Shmup
Shmup is a classic shoot'em up game. Like all shoot'em ups being more basic i.e having a spaceship shooting at a wave of enemies, I tried to make it a bit more interesting and attractive by making the spaceship character a pig with sunglasses flying the rocket.
Along with the characters being different, I made sure that the enemies would vary in attacks as well as in their behavior. There are 3 levels with a variety of enemies to face, and captivating environments to explore. The objective of the project was to make customized weapon abilities, enemies, and environments with the help of our teacher in programming.

Was provided a pre-made SHMUP game with tools to create levels and various weapons.

Designed an interesting character, 3 exciting levels, 3 Weapon upgrades, and unique enemies (its movement, shooting patterns, and behaviors).

Created background parallax effect and character spaceship particle effect.
Level Designer

The levels were designed by using the Tile Map feature on Unity.

The tile assets and enemies were a package online for which I made some interesting enemy animations and unique abilities/behaviors.

Designed 3 levels with increasing difficulty.

Weapons including their damage values, fire rate, and projectile values.
