Daeva
Savita, a mother and a believer in God, whose child has been taken away by the demons, goes on a journey to find her kid but comes across the path to discover the ugly truth about the gods.
Daeva, a beautiful Metroidvania game, with a vision of a fictitious Indian myth set in the backdrop of a futuristic world. This Metroidvania not only hooks the players with an immersive storyline but also has appealing visuals and various combat techniques.
The game consists of 3 different worlds to explore, 3 different weapons to use, and many more abilities to gain. Fight through a variety of enemies with different abilities and win against the two main bosses: The Demon and The God.
My Role
Project Manager

As the project manager of the team, I had the task of managing and completing milestones and deadlines.

Create production pipelines for programmers, artists, and completion of the project.

I would also take the final call for the implementation of any features or changes that needed to be done.
Game Designer

Along with my teammates I was also a part of the pre-production team for brainstorming and ideation for the concept, setting up game mechanics, art style, target audience, abilities etc.
Level Designer

The game is divided into 3 areas to explore, so there were a bunch of level designs required.

I and the other designers created levels for each area, keeping in mind classic platforming, backtracking, weapon, and abilities.
